Do you have a Thomas Fan in your home? My 3 year old is NUT about Thomas & Friends! I enjoy the shows as well since many of them teach valuable lessons about hard work and treating others nicely. We recently had the opportunity to review Thomas & Friends: Curious Cargo

Here’s a little about the DVD:
All aboard for awild ride on the Island of Sodor as Thomas andhis engine friends deliver some Curious Cargo – from giraffes and cows tobirds and bunnies and more! Thomas meets a tall challenge while taking agiraffe to the SodorWildlife Center,Percy learns to be gentle with the animals of Sodor and Belle and Toby discoverthe importance of listening to others. My opinion:
Of course Will loved the movie! It was a bit longer (50 minutes) than I normally let him watch so we broke it up into the different episodes. This worked perfect and he enjoyed each one, always asking when he could watch the next. I really like that besides demonstrating the normal “good character” lessons Thomas usually displays, this DVD also addressed how important it is to respect animals. Will adores animals and was enthralled with all of the ones in the movie. He made instant connections to the movie and our local zoo.
