Review: Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit

Are you planning on packing your child’s lunch this school year?  Are you a savvy saver who packs their own lunch for work each day?  If you said yes to either of these questions, you are going to want to check out Rubbermaid LunchBlox – Sandwich Kit!

The Rubbermaid LunchBlox is designed to fit all of your lunch needs into one handy and organized stack.  The sandwich kit comes with 4 containers that all fit together-and get this-they LOCK together  and also lock with the Blue Ice included to keep everything cool and ready to eat!  Just look how well they stay together (I am holding my husband’s lunch UPSIDE DOWN)!

This product is marketed to be a sandwich kit but I actually used it to pack my husband’s lunch side items. It held his broccoli, rice, carrots and dip perfectly and was the exact size to stick his sandwich on top of so that his entire lunch fit perfectly in his lunch box.  Since he has a rather large appetite, I need to pack a bit more for him!  But I can definitely see where this would be exactly the right portion sizes for a school aged child!  Here are some other features of the LunchBlox that I think you will love:

  • Secure lid seal
  • BPA-free
  • Microwave, Dishwasher, and Freezer Safe
  • Sandwich container holds regular and specialty bread
  • Sandwich Kit includes 2 Snack Containers, 1 Side Container, 1 Sandwich Container and 1 Medium Blue Ice

If you’re looking to purchase your own, visit Rubbermaid and grab a coupon for $1.50 off your own LunchBlox sandwich kit-it’s definitely a handy item to have for back to school!

Disclosure:  I received a LunchBlox in order to complete this review.  These opinions are 100% my own.
