Each week I bring you a craft that is fun and frugal. Mother’s Day is right around the corner so in the next month, I will be creating Mother’s Day personalized gifts for this very important holiday!
If you’ve missed any previous crafts, check out Momondealz’s Kids Frugal Fun page.
Just a side note, I laminateas much as I can when doing crafts…it really helps to preserve them.
Remember, if you love any of my crafts, be sure to Pin them on Pinterest!
Personalized Mother’s Day Gifts-Candle Votive Holder & Wine Glass
1. Decide on design you wish to use. Since my kids are pretty young, I didn’t want them holding and painting glass objects by themselves, so we chose to fingerpaint items while I held the galss materials.
2. Paint/decorate your candle votive or wine glass with a cute or sentimental Mother’s Day message. Allow to dry.
3. Place glass crafts in a cool oven and heat oven to 350 degrees. Leave the crafts baking for 30 minutes, turn off oven, but leave crafts inside until cool.
4. Fill with your Mom’s favorite candle scent or beverage!
