I recently saw a Facebook picture featuring these No Bake Energy Balls (there was no blog to link to ) so I decided to change it up and use some things we had in our kitchen. Not only do my husband and I love them,but so do the boys (not that they need anymore energy)! I also took some into some fitness teachers at YMCA tonight and they liked them too.
No Bake Energy Balls
1 cup uncooked oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
Mix all ingredients and roll into balls-delicious!
