Little Debbie Cloud Cakes Review and Giveaway
I am sure most of you have heard of Little Debbie before but how many of you knew the company has been around for over 70 years? Little Debbie is a McKee Family Bakery whose snacks received their names from their granddaughter Debbie.
Little Debbie has recently come out with a new snack cake called Cloud Cakes, which are vanilla creme-filled golden sponge cakes. The company sent me a variety pack of treats that included the new Cloud Cakes. You should have seen the excitement from my husband and 2 year old son!
I rarely give my son sugar products but I did allow him a bite of one and he followed me around the house saying “More, more!”. My husband really liked them, saying that they were really moist and much better than Twinkies. My 15 year old step son summed them up in one word, “Delicious”. I also had some left over to serve at my Huggies Potty party and the majority of the parents really liked them saying they were creamier and not “plastic tasting” like twinkies. Overall, it’s pretty obvious that the Little Debbie Cloud Cakes were a big hit in my home!
Here are some other facts you may find interesting about Cloud Cakes:
- There are 10 individually wrapped Little Debbie Cloud Cakes in one carton, and 12 cartons in a case.
- The suggested retail price is $3.09 a carton.
- These are available in mass merchandisers, supermarkets, dollar stores, variety stores and some convenience stores and other retailers nationwide.
