This is week 8 in The Coupon Teacher’s Savvy Shopper Course! Below is a summary of this week’s assignments from Shelly. If you are behind in the course, check out the post HERE
Monday: Cut, file, and sort your coupons. Don’t forget to check out Coupons.com for any new coupons you may want to print. There is a new $3 off of Huggies available! Don’t forget to menu plan for the week and try to use what you already have in your kitchen.
Tuesday: Shelly discusses stockpiling again and tells us not to get discouraged if your stockpile is not growing as quickly as you would like. It generally takes 3-6 months to grow a stockpile depending on your budget. Rememeber that stores sales usually run every 3 months, meaning most items go on sale every 3 months.
Wednesday: Shelly discusses the program Swagbucks. When you sign up with Swagbucks HERE you can search the internet from their site and earn points towards things like giftcards, just for searching the net!
Thursday: Plan your drug store shopping for the weekend. Shelly also gives some links to couponing articles concerning honesty while saving.
Friday: Get rid of your expired coupons. Remember the Expired Coupon Program for Military HERE that I wrote about a few months ago.
