As many of us know, losing weight is a journey-and everyone needs a good partner on a journey. I have found a partner for you!

As many of you know, I have been on a weight loss journey since having my baby in November. I am only 5 pounds away from my pre-baby weight but would really like to lose about 10 more after that-I know this scale will really help in my routine. The hardest thing about losing weight would be sticking to it.In the past i had a all or nothing approach to weightloss. If i didn’t stick to my diet one day . i would think that i had failed and would give up. After having my baby in may, i have look at weight loss in a different way. No more yo, yo dieting, no get fit quick scheme. I realize that it is not going to happen overnight. Eating healthy and exercise should become a lifestyle not just tools to get the weight off, if you don’t embrace it as a lifestyle you will gain all the weight back.

the hardest thing for me about losing weight is keeping it going. i start out great usually but then plateau. my max weight was 547 lbs. i had a gastric bypass but i struggle even today -i’ve lost over 250 lbs….i still want to lose another 100 lbs.

The hardest thing about losing weight for me is eating before 7pm. I can never find time to eat before 7, and usually end up eating around 9 or 10. I don’t really eat sweets, so that is not a problem. And I have no motivation to exercise :/

For me the hardest part of losing weight is the mental and emotional parts. You really have to be tough both mentally and emotionally to overcome eating when you are stressed out or super emotional. This is the hardest part while I am trying to lose weight.

The hardest thing about losing weight for me, is thyroid problems.
I recently (last 9 months) gained 45 pounds due to thyroid tumors and I just recently had my thyroid completely removed. So, until they get my dosage of thyroid replacement medication correct, I probably won’t be able to lose this extra weight.

The hardest thing I find about losing weight is sticking with it. I don’t diet, just eat the serving of whatever I’m eating. I would exercise and walk for 30 minutes a day. Getting up earlier and drinking tea in the morning helped. The hardest thing is the exercise and not feeling like working out (especially in the heat) and having to force yourself to because you’ll feel better once you do.

For me, the hardest thing about loosing the weight is the plateau. I’ve tried Weight Watchers three times now and while I’d loose weight each time, I’d hit the plateau and after several weeks of not loosing weight, I would get discouraged and quit. I have little to no support so it makes it easy to quit.
