Conair Body Analysis Scale Review and Giveaway!

As many of us know, losing weight is a journey-and everyone needs a good partner on a journey.  I have found a partner for you!

Conair has released new Weight Watchers endorsed scales that can be your very dependable side kick during your weight loss.  They can hold you accountable, be there for you at each and every weigh in, and as all good partners do, make you angry enough to get your behind motivated to lose more!  These scales are also attractive in design so you can keep them out and about in the house to provide the silent reminder to maintain your goals.

As many of you know, I have been on a weight loss journey since having my baby in November.  I am only 5 pounds away from my pre-baby weight but would really like to lose about 10 more after that-I know this scale will really help in my routine.  We were previously using a very old scale that was inaccurate and very ugly!  Our new scale is just the motivation I needed to get back on track.  Plus, even on days I don’t like what it “tells” me, at least I know it’s being honest!

Wanna win one?!?

One lucky reader will receive a Weight Watchers®by Conair™ Digital Painted Glass Scale Model WW24 (pictured below).  Here is some information provided from Conair regarding it:

This best-selling Weight Watchers scale is a great choice! The smooth scale has an easy-to-read 1.3” digital display with a “tap-on” scale activator.  There is a high-strength tempered safety glass with decorative silk screen available in white, red, or blue. The scale is 11.8” X 12.6” and has a 400 lb. capacity. The scale runs on long-life AAA lithium batteries that are included and has a 10-year warranty.

The hardest thing about losing weight would be sticking to it.In the past i had a all or nothing approach to weightloss. If i didn’t stick to my diet one day . i would think that i had failed and would give up. After having my baby in may, i have look at weight loss in a different way. No more yo, yo dieting, no get fit quick scheme. I realize that it is not going to happen overnight. Eating healthy and exercise should become a lifestyle not just tools to get the weight off, if you don’t embrace it as a lifestyle you will gain all the weight back. :( like i have in the past.

The hardest thing I find about losing weight is sticking with it. I don’t diet, just eat the serving of whatever I’m eating. I would exercise and walk for 30 minutes a day. Getting up earlier and drinking tea in the morning helped. The hardest thing is the exercise and not feeling like working out (especially in the heat) and having to force yourself to because you’ll feel better once you do.

  49. Brandy L says

For me, the hardest thing about loosing the weight is the plateau. I’ve tried Weight Watchers three times now and while I’d loose weight each time, I’d hit the plateau and after several weeks of not loosing weight, I would get discouraged and quit. I have little to no support so it makes it easy to quit.

I’ve been following you on twitter, Facebook, and email for a while now. I signed up for the rss feed and just posted the giveaway on twitter:
