I didn’t menu plan last week and it showed in how we ate! Here are our plans for this week:
Monday: Leftovers (We including the butternut squash mac and cheese recipe below)
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday with ground turkey
Wednesday: Grilled Pork Chops with brown rice and corn on the cob
Thursday: Ground Turkey Spaghetti
Friday: Grilled Chicken kabobs
Saturday: Husband’s Choice
Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese:
1 box Macaroni noodle of your choice
1 cup chedder cheese
1 cup butternut squash
1. Cube butternut squash and boil until soft.
2. Mash butternut squash and set aside.
3. Boil macaroni noodles until soft.
4. Add cheese and mashed squash.
